Real Estate Analyst
William is a graduate of The University of Mississippi, with degrees in Managerial Finance and Real Estate. Following graduation in December of 2019, William worked in sales and operations for a third-party logistics group out of Covington, where he assisted with flexible warehousing and time sensitive logistical challenges. During high school and college summers, William worked as an Assistant Property Manager at Fairview Real Estate Services in Madison, where he was responsible for collecting and recording the rent roll for the portfolio, in addition to overseeing maintenance and restoration projects for the disposition of properties.
As Analyst at Macallan Real Estate, William assists with the acquisition and disposition of raw land and redevelopment sites, compiling data and information for marketing packages, and coordinating with cities and local jurisdictions on due diligence, information and critical deadlines. William also serves as Property Manager for Macallan’s portfolio of rental properties in the Atlanta area. Outside of work, William spends his free time hunting and camping with friends, watching Ole Miss football, and enjoying time with his family.
